Isn’t it consensual when she gave him the photos when they were together 🔚

From a lawyer: “The photos were consensual. But she did not consent to distribution “

He really thought he did something with that comment and his lil stank emoji at the end lol

Reblog to save a LIFE dat shit is not ok

for the ladies, and even gentlemen, who follow me and find themselves in this situation.

Same goes for you Men. If your ex leaks photos of your dick or any videos you sent her, you can sue too. Yea, giving the photos with consent is Aight, but spreading them around and “exposing” Ain’t it chief

hi! this post is very difficult for me to make for a number of reasons, most of them being embarrassment. im trying to raise money for my bariatric surgery (+ breast reduction/top surgery) to improve my quality of life and my overall health.

please understand this isnt just cosmetic for me, but an opportunity to not be in pain every day. surgery would greatly improve my health and weight loss would ease the pain of movement with my weak joints caused by illness, and with time allow me to pursue gender affirming surgery (reduction) without causing severe dysmorphia over my proportions.

please consider reblogging or donating, thank you!

hater-of-terfs:

Most of the “keep up the work after the protests have ended!”-type posts I’ve seen are mostly focused on like, reading Black authors and listening to Black voices and unlearning racism, and obviously all of that is absolutely vital - but no amount of individual self-reflection will be able to dismantle institutional systems of oppression. So I wanted to put together some resources for continuing to build a culture of noncompliance and resistance to the police and prison system even after things have calmed down

But first, be aware that the protests aren’t over. It’s June 29th and there are still events and actions being planned regularly across the nation, and they still need your participation and support. If you’re able, please keep your focus there; this list is for what can be done long-term outside of the protests

  • Know your rights. Giving the police any more information than you absolutely have to will never and can never benefit you or anyone else - positive evidence given to the police is regularly thrown out in court, whereas negative evidence will be used against you. Know what to say and what you have the right to refuse. You don’t have to answer any questions without a lawyer present, you don’t have to give the police access to your house or car unless they have a current warrant signed by a judge. They will try to intimidate you - learn your rights and don’t let up, don’t ever cooperate with the police

  • Don’t snitch. If you see someone breaking the law in a way that doesn’t hurt anybody, keep your mouth shut. If cops knock on your door asking you questions about your neighbors or anyone you know, don’t answer

  • Don’t call the cops. If you can solve the problem in a different way, do it. Cops have on multiple occasions murdered the people they were called to help (or bystanders) without provocation. Don’t be complicit in that. Learn how to handle situations as a community or with the help of qualified experts

  • When you see an interaction with the police happening, stop and observe. If necessary, film the interaction. Organize and work with groups such as Copwatch to observe the police and hold them accountable

  • Use proper opsec, especially if you’re involved with anything that might make you a target for the cops. Downloading Signal is a great simple place to start

  • Learn about jury nullification, and spread the word. When serving in a jury, you have the right to vote not guilty on a defendant that you believe did commit the crime but doesn’t deserve punishment for it. Don’t be complicit in unjust punishment

  • Refuse to do work for the police or prison system. Workers keep the world running and the state relies on our compliance to keep our neighbors under their thumb. We can shut it down

  • Continue to support bail funds, even for non-protesters. Cash bail is unjust, and people shouldn’t be in jail just because they can’t pay

  • Continue to support legal defense funds as well, such as that of the National Lawyers Guild

  • Write to prisoners, either by yourself or with groups such as the Anarchist Black Cross or Black And Pink, and organize/support books to prisons programs, commissary funds, reentry programs, and other forms of prisoner support

  • Organize and support community-run crisis response organizations like the CAHOOTS program in Eugene, Oregon or the Birmingham Peacemakers in my hometown

Here are some other organizations to join that are doing good work in this area:

  • Black Lives Matter is obviously a huge voice in racial justice right now. The list of “official” chapters on their website is very incomplete, though, so you may have better luck doing a web search for “[your area] black lives matter” (beware of fakes though)

  • Showing Up for Racial Justice is another very active and widespread racial justice network

  • Critical Resistance is a grassroots prison abolitionist organization founded by Angela Davis

  • The Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement is another active prison abolitionist organization

  • The IWW’s Incarcerated Workers Organizing Committee works with prisoners to organize strikes, phone zaps, and other actions combating injustice in prisons

  • Again, the Anarchist Black Cross does great work supporting political prisoners through letter-writing and more. The link I’ve been including is to an unofficial federation of ABC groups, though - there may be a group in your area that’s not part of that federation, so a web search for “[your area] black cross” may be better

  • Black And Pink is a prison abolitionist organization focused on queer people and people living with HIV/AIDS
  • Antifascism is of course an important aspect of racial justice and community safety. See @antifainternational‘s guide to getting connected to your local antifascists - though, again, beware of fakes (the “antifa checker” accounts on fedbook and twitter can help)

The police state and prison industrial complex rely on the complicity and cooperation of all of us to function and be effective. By building a culture of noncompliance and active resistance, we can drastically reduce the state’s ability to oppress communities of color. Don’t let the struggle be forgotten with the changing of the news cycle - keep up the struggle until all are free!

Boosts and additional resources are very much appreciated!

We do have good news for once! Our housing application is officially sent out! 🧿🧿🧿 we’re finally going to start waiting for brokers to contact us so we can start looking at housing and finally get out of this horrible fucking shelter and finally not be homeless anymore. With the ongoing pandemic though we’re not sure how long it’ll take but just knowing we’re this much closer is a huge relief.

We’re trying to put together a furniture fund for when we finally get our new space and we’re going to put that away in savings since we’ve had safety issues with gofundme in the past.

Sadly that’s the extent of the positive things going on for us, we’ve been experiencing a lot of debit cards fraud attempts as well as hacking on our Uber account which is our main source of transportion ( my partner being disabled ) and food ( as none is provided by the shelter and we are not allowed to cook ) and possible identity thief which has been massively stressor since our only access to any money whatsoever is our debit cards. Combined we have experienced a total of four separate attempts on our debit cards which resulted in our cards being closed and having to have new cards issued each time. It has been major whiplash for us as my partner has had three fraud attempts on their card, with attempts made the same day or next day of new card activation. Getting a new debit card takes up to two weeks and involves spending an entire day waiting in line at the drive in bank near us, and going through the tedious process back to back has been awful. After many calls with our banks they’ve told us they can’t do anything to stop the transactions from happening ( we’ve tried begging them to block Uber from charging us but they refuse). Our banks flag the charges before the withdrawal and don’t get posted to our statements. Then they automatically lock our accounts and deactivate our cards. But since the charges don’t post we don’t have evidence to officially file a fraud claim . It’s all really confusing and been such a horrible ordeal. All we know for sure is that our Uber and Ubereats have been compromised by some hacker from California and we don’t even have enough info to track them down.

If anyone has advice or resources on how to tackle hacked Uber accounts and potential identity theft please let us know because the task is so spiritually crushing like we never get a break from this shit.

We were never able to get my partners wisdom teeth removed on the original date. All four have become impacted and it’s causing allot of stress on the rest of their teeth, but because they’ll need to be put under for the procedure we need to get clearance from a neurologist to do so. In our past traumatic experiences with being hospitalized my partner has experienced near fatal seizures in the past from anxiety attacks, medication reactions, asthma attacks, and substance exposure. In ever instance that lead to a hospitalization my partner never once received an MRI to identify the cause of them due to anti black and transphobic medical neglect. Without the neurologist consult and approval we won’t be able to get their wisdom teeth removed which can lead to infection and serious repercussions. The hospital situation in New York is still crazy because of the pandemic and they’re immunocompromised. We don’t want to take that risk again. To make matters worse the neurologist will most likely be in Manhattan which can be a 60-120 for a trip one way into Manhattan and that’s if we don’t need an additional consult appointment.

My partner also needs to get a replacement on their inhaler since their asthma has been so bad lately and they lost the one prescribed to them and their insurance only covers so many. If anyone knows anything cheaper means of getting albuterol let us know! We’re going to look on Good RX and try the Walgreens members discount to see if we don’t have to pay the full 60$ we’re also looking into getting another new humidifier (old one was stolen again) to help the air in the space.

Also as of June 18 2020 our shelter has revoked mail privileges to all the residents and we’re no longer able to receive packages and parcels which is such bullshit my god I hate it here I really fucking do. When I want to complain I was told “ then go get a P.O. Box “ as if we can handle another bill they’re not helping me with. So anything we buy online we’ll have to be shipped to a friends house that well have to start making trips to collect and/or put in storage which we need help paying for as well.

And lastly we both need money for new clothes since our weights have fluctuated allot due to our shitty diet ( I’ve put on allot of weight while my partner has lost a considerable amount ). And being off my hormones for 4 months made my body redistribute back again which is a goddamned nightmare, hence we need new clothes for the summer.

I know I usually have a much more eloquent breakdown of the goals and how much we need specifically but it’s been rough for us for a while and writing these things are never easy. And while goals always make these posts get the most traction and support it’s not really a concrete number we need that magically solves everything it’s ongoing support because we’re poor and will continue to be poor until we have a place of our own to stay and can work again. I can update this later with a budget breakdown of furniture costs and also pictures proof of our fraud claims. Just any support we can get would be a big help
